FOR SHIZZLE!
Today, is a VERY special day.
Today, is Ro-Dizzle's birthday! Ro-Dizzle (Rosie) is one of my absolute best friends in the world. If you have read this blog long enough, you have read the story of Rosie and I and the fact that she didn't like me in the beginning. I don't blame her for that though ha ha ha ha. Rosie and I are very different yet have A LOT in common. I cherish Rosie's friendship more than she will ever know!
Today, I have to say a BIG Thank-you to Jan and John for making the decision to pro-create once more after Heffer to have Ro. So...
Jan and John.... Mama and Papa Maxin, THANK YOU! Thank you for having Ro. Thanks for raising her. Thanks for putting her in a laundry basket on top of the dryer when she was a crying baby. Thanks for always telling her that Jeff is the favorite. Thanks for giving her the sense of humor and zeal for life that she has! Without the laundry basket and countless comments about Heffer being the favorite, she wouldn't be who she is today.
Even more than thanking Jan on John, gotta give it up to my Ro-Dizz.
Rosie- Words can't describe how thankful I am for you. Your friendship means the world to me. You let me sleep in your bed while you took the couch when I was visiting Seattle when all you wanted was your bed after being away at APU. You loaded up your green Carola with all of my crap and drove me from San Diego to Seattle for my first year of college. You let me call your family my family while in Seattle, and still today. We have talked about EVERYTHING in the world, with lots of laughter and tears, sometimes tears from laughter. You are a rock in my life, and I am eternally thankful. I am so excited to be Tia to sweet Lu, can't wait for her to finally be here!!! I love you Ro.
