Near and far, I like to go to new and old places. I like to visit my friends and explore new places with my friends.
On Valentine's Day, Emily sent me a text about heading up to San Jose to visit her at her parent's house. I didn't hesitate in booking the ticket for just two weeks later. I had some flight credit from missing her wedding in November, so that made the decision even easier.
My time in San Jose/San Francisco was a breath of fresh air. We talked about life after death, life after marriage, life after college, and everything else. We just enjoyed time with one another. It was perfect.
