I am thankful for a good sweat session at the gym.
Ran a practice 5K, in preparation for Thursday morning, and I didn't hate it. My new playlist certainly helped to make it go much more quickly.
Never underestimate the power of these two things...
1. A good run and the feeling you get when it is done.
2. A new playlist and the energy it gives you to get through the run.
