This morning, just a few minutes ago actually, I got a Facebook message from a friend that I haven't seen in a while. This is what it said...
So I didn't wanna sound creepy by posting on your facebook, but I was browsing (I don't like the word stalk-now that's creepy) your pictures and wanted to let you know you look so great!!!! you look happy, healthy and so full of life. I know you've been working hard at the gym and I say keep it up cause you can really see a difference, you look absolutely stunning
I don't know if you hear it enough but you look great-inside and out. Hope you're doing well and enjoying your day!
I have no words as to what these words do for my heart. This journey to health and healing has been a LONG one, full of lots of twists and turns and bumps in the road. It has been tough. Attainable, but tough. E-mails, text messages, phone calls, and random comments like this keep me going.
There are SO MANY of you that have been encouraging me with words similar to these all along, and I sincerely THANK YOU. Thank you for pushing me forward on this journey.
