As I have shared on this blog before, I took in the sweet sounds of Allen Stone at Anthology. (Side not, I went to this show by myself. If you have never taken yourself on a date to a show, DO IT! I bought myself dinner and an overpriced beverage and I loved every minute of it!)
I have spent LOTS of time with my sister, brother-in-law, and nephews. Parker LOVES taking pictures with Tia. :)
A friend's mother lost her battle with Pancreatic Cancer at the beginning of July, so Kira and I flew up to show our support at love for the whole family. While in the Bay Area and Napa, we took in lots of sights. We went to Castillo de Amorosa for some wine tasting and went to the Jelly Belly factory for some tasty treats.
Real Madrid played Chivas at Qualcomm Stadium. Thanks to my sweet friend June, I worked in the box office for the week and a half leading up to the game and then again the day of the game. The promoter was gracious enough to get my Portugal World Cup jacket signed by CHRISTIANO RONALDO!
Maroon 5 and Train kicked off their summer tour at Cricket Amphitheater last Friday! Thanks to Rhonda, Destiny and I were able to take in the sweet sounds from some great seats. Thanks to Kira, Destiny and I got to MEET Maroon 5!
As if meeting Maroon 5 wasn't enough, the next day, Kira took me to a Sophie Lounge with SARA BAREILLES! To top it off, we got to meet her! AMAZING!
Later that night, a group of us went to see Sara Bareilles and Sugarland in concert.
Needless to say, I have been busy. As I have said before...
I don't know whose life I am living, but I hope I don't have to give it back!
OHHHHHH... and a little Weight Watchers update: Last week I lost 3 pounds taking me to 31.4 lost! I am officially over half way to my goal! :)
